This is another one of my favorite TED Talks, one that definitely helped me to change my life for the better and overcome some big life challenges. You may like games, or you may think they are a waste of time... Either way, I hope you will go into this talk with an open mind. Notice the skepticism of the audience turn into a standing ovation by the end!
